The Goliathus Pupation Substrate is a specially formulated and extensively tested medium based on a proprietary recipe, designed exclusively for the larvae to construct chambers. When they reach the appropriate weight and are preparing to pupate, they seek an exit at the top of the substrate to find a suitable environment for construction. At this point, it is necessary to place them in this substrate, where construction begins within 1-2 days.
