Gammarus have an extremely high protein content and very low fat content. They can be used for feeding species in the Goliathus genus and as a soil additive for rearing flower and rhinoceros beetles. When supplementing with protein, less is always more; excessive use can reduce their effectiveness, so moderation is key.
